At Kensora Home, we strive to prepare and dispatch all orders within 1 business day of receipt. Please note that orders placed after 2 PM GMT or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes between 2 to 5 business days once your order has been dispatched. Please be aware that remote or long-distance deliveries may require additional transit time. While we work closely with our carriers to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to carrier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

Express Shipping Options

Faster express shipping options are also available at checkout for eligible United Kingdom addresses. Rates for express shipping are calculated automatically based on the destination and selected at the time of purchase. Please note that free standard shipping always applies and there is no minimum order requirement to qualify.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery until it arrives at your specified address.

Kensora Home is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Damaged or Lost Packages

International Shipping

Currently, Kensora Home ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to stay tuned for future updates.
